Our Referral Fees to Lawyers

We understand that as attorneys, you may have clients who come in with divorce, child custody and family court cases. We offer a 50% referral fee to attorneys on all matrimonial cases other attorneys refer to us. Under New York law, we are authorized to remunerate lawyers for their referrals to us. Under the new ethics rules on referral fees, you must participate in the representation of your referred clients while our firm stands as Attorneys of Record. This also serves in keeping referred clients happy: they have their trust in you because of your longstanding relationship with them, and additionally, they have the added trust of our expertise in NY divorce law.

Why do we do this? Because we like new cases.

So, we want lawyers who do not specialize in matrimonial law and matrimonial litigation to refer cases to us. We generally are able to obtain fairer results for clients because of our experience and expertise in New York matrimonial law.
